How can I order?

You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process.

What happens after setting an order?

After you set your order we will be notified by it. We will prepare your order and inform Aramex to dispatch it, than it will delivered to your destination.

How long does delivery take?

We deliver within 3-5 working days excluding Saturdays & Sundays and National Holidays. This depends on Aramex and the destination.

What countries do you deliver to?

Currently we only deliver in Lebanon. Soon we will be delivering internationally.

What payment methods can I use?

We only offer COD option. (Cash on delivery)

How can I change my delivery address?

Sign in to your account and go to “my account”. On “my account” you can change all your contact information. 

How do I change my personal details or email address?

You can easily change all your information in the settings of your account.
